Marketing Cards for schools is part of Pitscards of ILKLEY, West Yorkshire founded in 1993 by Vernon Young.
Vernon's background is in marketing and direct selling. Over the years he came to appreciate the real value of the humble business card, which was always kept and usually said so little.
He realised that most new business comes by word of mouth and that the referral process could be assisted by more informative business cards; hence Pitscards was conceived.
In 1996 some test marketing into schools took place. They quickly latched on to the value of these cards amongst their parents, staff and supporters.
We believe in delivering high quality products to our customers, whom being delighted will in turn refer us to their contacts.
